When ever anyone attaches to my OWA server if the domain is not specified on
the logon, at logoff time it re-asks to specify your credentials. When it
should pop up the closed screen.

Anybody seen this before and know why this is happening? This must be a
config issue of some kind.

Disregard I have enabled forms-based authentication and no longer need to
worry about this.
