First time Clustered |
|
|
Hi all,
Just looking for a little info. I have a 2 node cluster, the cluster is
setup with a Cluster Group which has the following resources: IP, name,
Quarum, and MSDTC. Then under that we have a Two group with a Logical disk
in each. Where I am confused is, do I need to create another group with more
of the same resources and then add the logical disks to that one as well as
setting up the Exchange System Attendant?? OR can I just add the SA to the
Cluster Group already created? Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Jeremey

Hi Jeremey,
Actually you do not want anything other than the DTC in the default cluster
resource group. For details on how to deploy Exchange into a cluster,
please see
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/exchange/guides/Ex2k3DepGuide/cc8effcb-7567-4d30-801f-f80129069c56.mspx.
Hope this helps.
