OWA setup Planning |
|
|
Just looking for a little direction. I have a new server with Exchange 2003
running my entire organization. My old Exchange 5.5 server no longer runs
Exchange, but still acts as our web server. I dont want to put Exchange2003
on the old server just to be an OWA front end server, and if I can avoid it,
I don't want to NAT an external IP address to my new server.
Is there another way to setup OWA so it can be accessed externally. Is there
someway to redirect OWA traffic from my webserver to my Exchange box?
If I must, I will give Exchange an external IP, but I would like to avoid it.
Regards, -Karl

The most secure solution is to place ISA server in the DMZ. Then, it will
proxy requests for OWA back to your Exchange server.
Using ISA 200 with Exchange 2003
