Hopefully someone can someone point me in the right direction. I need to
retrieve the Global Address List from an application that uses WebDAV to
access the Exchange Server. So far I haven't found any information on how to
do this. Does anyone have any idea how to go about this?

You need to use the LDAP protocol. WebDAV does not provide any access to the
Active Directory (this was different in Exchange 5.5, where the Global
Address List was in the Exchange database).
