Hotfix resolution
Applied hotfix 323872 and registry keys and permissions.
This seemed to fix our problem. Thanks again for all of your help,

I'm glad you fixed it. I wonder why you needed to do all that,
though? There's not much explanation in the article as to what might
have been going wrong in the first place.
