Hi All,

Would like to know how do I deploy my Exchange 2003 if I require to share
one mailbox for the entire department? Previously I am using the department
distribution list to segregate the mails to every user in the department.
But for now we are required to logon to one single mailbox and share the
emails and we are to do amendments on the subject OR the body of the emails
so that everyone in the department will be able to see the changes.

I have done some research and found that there are 2 ways of doing this on
exchange2k3, one is by imap and one is by the public folders. I would
appreciate if someone is willing to share some design on the deployment.
Thanks very much.

Regards,
G-kz

Do this via public folders rather than IMAP

What's the differences? public folders enable us to do the send on behalf of
"public folder's email" ??
