Hi there,

my question is we have one DC and a member server what is our print server.
We like to setup a new 2003 Exchange server. This server should it be a
member server or should it be a child domain?

thanks

It should either be a member server or an additional domain controller
in the same domain. It should not be a DC in a child domain because
that would be unecessary.
On the Member/DC choice, it's preferable to have Exchange on a member
but if you only have two boxes then I might be tempted to suggest that
you create some AD resillience and make the Exchange server a DC.
