I have an Exchange 2003 server and have enabled the POP3 service. I go into
Outlook and setup a new mail service (POP3) and fill in all the information,
when I choose “Test Account Settings” it asks for my password again. If I
hit Cancel I get the error message “Log onto incoming mail server (POP3):
Outlook could not connect to the incoming POP3 mail server because the server
did not accept your username or password.” How can I fix this?
