Hi ALL, Question

I have 1 w2k3 domain,with all W2k3 DCs ,and 2 exchange 2k3 mailservers in 2 routing groups.
One of the e2k3 servers reside in routing group#1 same as X.400 connector (used for faxing out), while the other resides in the second routing group

After raising the domain funtional to Windows 2003 native, I am now unable to send emails to the X.400 adresses from the exchange server in the second routing group
I increased diagnostic logging on the e2k3 server concerned and am getting the following error.
I have recreated my recipient policies as suggested on a few webpages I have read but this has not fixed the problem
I have tried running DOMAINPREP but this has not helped too.

Could someone pls help me with this error?

Here is the NDR I am getting togather with the error from the app log.
