Hi.

I would like to know the possible way that I can integrate Sendmail with
Exchange server for messaging which using one registered domain.

I have one new exchange server 2003 which serves VIPs. Meanwhile I have an
existing sendmail server for users. Appreciate if someone can give me advise
and technical options to get this two guys work together.

Have a look at "XCON: Sharing SMTP Address Spaces in Exchange 2000 Server
and Exchange Server 2003'
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;321721

It talks about sharing an SMTP domain with two systems. Method 2 is the
easiest if it is appropriate for your situation.
