One Site, Two Exchange 2000 servers. One Routing group, one server ( A ) is
SMTP Bridgehead.

When server A and B are online and functional, users with mailboxes on
server B have no issues. When Server A is unavailable, users on Server B can
not acces thier mailboxes even though they exist on Server B which is online
and operational.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
