Error installing Exchange 5.5 SP4 |

When I try to install Exchange 5.5 SP4, the upgrade application shows this
error after copying all the files:
"Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
Microsoft Windows NT
ID no: 0xc00200b7"
SP4 ins mandatory for us to migrate to Exchange 2003
Does anyone knows how to solve this?

Do you have something in event viewer?

Hello Pablo,
nothing in event viewer, and SP4 does not leaves any log...
so I've no clues...
