You can copy the calendar entries in the public folder. Change the view on
the public calendar to "catagorey">>select all>>copy. Then go to your
calendar, change the view to catagorey and paste, then sync your PDA. You
will now have all the entries in the public calendar in your personal
calendar & PDA. You could also do an export & import of the calendars but
the above method is easier & faster.
