I just migrated 50 users from groupwise 6.5 to exchange 2003. Most went
well. I have one user who can't access their mailbox. If I attempt to
access it from OWA all is well. How do I fix the user? Is there a rebind or
rebuild option that I am missing. Thanks.

You could try and delete the Mailbox from ADUC then go to ESM-Mailbox
Store-Mailboxes-right click select Run Cleanup Agent. Now the Mailbox
should have a Red X, simply right click the Mailbox and select Reconnect.
