Exchange could be built to a space server.
In general you need to rebuild the Operating System (with service pack and
patches) with same name on domain, install Exchange with org and site name
(with service packs and patches). Then restore database over the top of the
freshly installed ones. To restore the database to the new server you will
need to insure the storage device (eg tape drive) will connect up to the new
server.
