The company is splitting into two separate entities. The current domain is
currently at windows 2000/Exchange 2000. I need to figure out what is the
best possible way of migrating the users to a new company/ 2003 domain with a
new exchange 2003 server. Thanks.

As the song goes, breaking up is hard to do ;)

Not impossible though.

What are the actual requirements for the migration? Any coexistence
requirements? Any other data, networks, etc? Depending on the answer to
those questions, you'll need to treat this as a migration from one forest to
another forest ('cause that's what it is really.)
