I have two Exch2003 SP1 servers in the same routing group, organisation,
subnet and Public Folders are not replicating. I've traced the problem to the
fact outbound replication mesages are generated but not received.

I'm getting an MSExchangeTrasport 9013 error "A message from
'smtp:SERVER1-IS@domain.name' could not be delivered because the sender does
not have permission to send to recipient 'smtp:SERVER2-IS@dmain.name'. This
is due to a delivery restriction configured on the recipient."

It Can anyone tell me where to change the delivery restriction for a public
folder?

BTW, users are split between the 2 servers and have no trouble sending email
to each other.

Any help gratefully received and if you need more info let me know.
