Try this:
Create and configure the "Message Size Limit" registry entry, follow these
steps:
1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeWEB\OWA
3. Right-click OWA, click New, and then click DWORD Value.
4. Click the new registry entry that you created, and then type Message Size
Limit to name this registry entry.
5. Right-click Message Size Limit, and then click Modify.
6. In the Value box, type a number that you want to set the limit to. The
number indicates the limit in kilobytes (KB). The maximum limit recommended
is 200 megabytes (MB), a decimal value of 204800, or a hexadecimal value of
32000. The default value is 1024. You can use a values in the following value
range:
Decimal Hexadecimal Size in MB
Minimum 1024 400 1
Maximum 2097151 200000 2048
7. Restart the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service.
