Hi,
My ISP Blocked port 25 for there reason, I subscribed to a service that can
redirect my mail to a deferent Port like 4425, I have every thing setup in
exchange SMTP protocol and followed TechNet article 270836 to open this port
in the registry. And when I run netstat -an I found the port 4425 is
listening. But the redirector did not work as my ISP claims that the web
server is replying not the mail server on port 4425. Is there another way to
open port 4425 to my SMTP instead of using
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeSA\Parameters
and
Value name: TCP/IP Port
Value type: REG_DWORD
Please advice.

Note I have Exchange 2003 running on Windows 2003
