Outlooks says unable to open default email folders... |

We are using Exhange 2003 with Outlook 2000 in a Terminal Services
environment. I have an user that all of the sudden the other day was not
able to open his Outlook. It has a pop-up that says "Unable to open default
email folders. You do not have permission to log on."
I tried logging him onto Outlook Web Access as a temporary way for him to
check his email and he is able to log onto that just fine. Any ideas why he
can't check email through Outlook?
