We have a Exchange server located in our UK office. We have an office in
France and Germany that connect to the Exchange over WAN Links. We have had
an issue now where users in the remote offices cannot update there Outlook
client. When they send and receive a message appears saying the server is
offline, even though there is still connectivity to the server. Users in the
UK office have no issues when this error occurs. We have found the only way
to resolve this problem is to dismount and remount the stores. Has anyone
had similar issues? We run Exchange 2003 SP1 and Outlook 2003 on the clients.
