Auto fill e-mail address from GAL |

We have just moved up from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. We are going to
use OWA for our Macintosh clients and our clients with one logon but multiple
users. The question that keeps getting asked for those using OWA is when
composing an e-mail message why dosen't the e-mail address auto fill from the
GAL? I've showed users how to lookup the reciepents which works fine but
users still ask why the address won't auto fill. Is this a OWA weakness or
have I set something up incorrectly.

It's not even an OWA weakness. This is a web browser. It's not going
to maintain a constant channel as your users type characters. You can
hit the check name button. |

Mark's correct - another option may be www.messageware.com. I don't think
their products will help you with autocomplete, but it does make OWA look a
lot more like Outlook when it comes to address books. |

Thanks for the information. I have tried the Control-K keystroke combination
and I think that will work fine for our needs.
