We recently terminated the employment of a user and disabled their account
via AD in Windows Server 2003. After securing their environment we are now
trying to get into their mailbox to retrieve client information.

First..is there a way to view the full content of multiple mailboxes on one
machine? Is there a utility for opening mailboxes? If not, what is the best
way to go about this? I've tried to open his mailbox on a different machine
using Outlook however it cannot open the mailbox. If I try to view his
folder via my Outlook it tell me that it is unable to display the folder, the
information store could not be opened.
