room reservation and Exchange 2003 |
|
|
Hi,
Can anyone suggest a commercial product for managing conference room
reservation with Exchange 2003.
The client I'm migrating right now, uses a custom script they found on the
Internet for room reservation, it has several thousand lines and is very
hard to manage...and only work with Exch 5.5
They are in the process of looking to purchase a 3rd party tool, that would
be supported and compatible with Exchange 2003
Thanks !!!

Could you be a little more specific about what kind of "managing" you want
to do with these reservations?

Well,
Right now, most conference room as FIFS, so the first request wins, but some
other rooms are more selective...
But there is a message sent to user with the correct time, room name and
reservation subject with the current script...
I have not seen the script, but the client doesn't want to use it in
Exchange 2003, since even in 5.5, after each Service Packs, they had to
rework the script to work, and MS doesn't support it...
Thanks !!!
