Trying create a DL with 200 contacts. I get:
"This distribution list has reached the maximum size for your network email
server."

Outlook 2003
Exchange 2003
The contacts are in public folders
The DL also needs to be in this public folder

Is this a limitation of Outlook, Exchange, both?
Any suggestion as to how to get my DL? Is there a Mail List server that
works with Exchange?????

John

Already found this article. Not sure if this applies or not. If it does,
can you recommend a way to do it with I list. Maybe some mailing list
software that works with exchange/outlook.

Thanks Thomas.

John

I think the easiest method would be to split the original DL into
several smaller ones. Assuming the original DL is called
Odist List

you can break up the members of that list into other DL's...named here
as

odistlist1
odistlist2
odistlist3

Then you can remove all entries from Odist List and just add the three
smaller DL's.

Or am I way off :-)
