Filtering and synchronising shared contacts to PDA's |

We have a shared contacts list setup in our Public Folders which needs to be
synchronised to 2 types of mobile devices Pocket PC and Blackberry. We do not
want personal contacts being added to the shared public folder list, can this
be done?
As far as I can make out with Pocket PC devices 3rd party software can make
it possible to synchronise multiple lists including a public folder list
added to favorites and synched to Outlook. I have no idea about what can be
done with Blackberry devices apart from maybe being able to filter what is
synchronised.
Any advice?
