Folder View |
|
|
All:
Full win2003 domain, w/ exchange 2003 server... All clients office 2003,
sp2...
The whole purpose for an internal email server (besides security) was
consolidated contacts, group calendaring, and folder backup.
Issue... In office 2003, you have to click the folder icon to see the
public folders, and I can't seem to add them as favorites on the mailbox
tree. I don't work w/ the most adept users, and asking them to navigate
views to add contacts and calendar events is unrealistic.
What is the best way to show pubilc folders in a default folder tree view in
office 2003?
TIA,
Willis

If you right-click the public folder you want and select to Add it to Public
Folder Favorites it should become avalable on the NavPane that's
appropriate. i.e. a public contacts folder should appear on the Contacts
pane along with their personal Contacts folder if they have it added to
their public folder favorites.
