Deleted RGC queue keeps showing up |

Hi,
We recently migrated a network from one forest to another. Everything went
well including exchange 2003.
The problem is:
We removed a routing group connector from our server to another server.
After we seperated the forests, we created an SMTP connector for outbound
mail. However, when we attempt to send mail to the other network using the
SMTP connector, it keeps bringing up a queue for the deleted RGC.
I have gone through ADSIEDIT and verified that there are no connector to the
old domain.
Please help
