The documentation for hosted exchange and messaging 3.5 has had portions
"unavailable" for over 2 weeks. I've sent 8 different emails with (of
course) no response. The sections I am referring to are under "Deployment
Walkthough - Build Centralized Management" as well as "Build Service
Provisioning". Anyone have any tips on who to contact?
