Using COM it is relatively somple to add a button and new toolbar ro
Outlook. I have not investiagted this yet, however would like to add this
functionality under OWA as well. I would appreciate any pointers on
achieving this.

Adding a button to OWA is not very straight forward I would suggest having a
read of the OWA customization whitepaper to start

Generally the only way to add a button is by modifying one of the scripts
which is unsupported and will usually break everytime a new servicepack or
hotifx is applied to the server. Have a look at

for a sample.
