Password changes through OWA

I have tried all of the procedures found in the documents on the Knowledge
Base and I still cannot get the change password button to appear in OWA. I
installed a certificate, changed the registry value (PasswordDisabled), and
set up the virtual directory in IIS. I restarted all the services and still
no dice.

Anyone have any ideas?
