The upgrade is pretty simple. Insert the E2K3 Enterprise CD, run the
setup in the \setup\i386 directory, choose "Re-install", then reapply any
service packs and fixes. That should get you squared away.

Doesn't get much easier, hey? One more question - does the move from
standard to enterprise constitute an 'upgrade' in that you are still using
the license from the standard or is it such that the purchase of the
Enterprise Server media constitute a seperate purchase allowing for the
installation of the original Standard version on another seperate server thus
allowing you to have two seperate Exchange organizations?

One more question: I am in one location and the server that is being
"upgraded" is in another. I connect to it using either PCAnywhere or VNC.
Will it be a problem to do the upgrade "remotely" - in other words not
standing RIGHT in front of the server? Thank you.

Acquired the Enterprise CD, put it in the CD drive of the 2003 server,
browsed the CD and looked for setup.exe under d:\i386 directory.
Unfortunately, there is no setup.exe only setup.ex_. The only setup.exe I
find is on the root of the CD (D:\). What am I doing wrong?
