I need help please

I'm trying to use activeSync to Syncronise my mail with my HP Ipaq 6510. We
are using Exchange 2003 and I've setup the Mobile services and created a
mobile carrier.

I can access my mail using the PDA through OMA and webmail. When I try to
use Activesync I get the message Error Code HTTP_407
