Extract documents from pub folder to HDD |

Hi,
is there a way or tool that extracts documents (WORD, PDF, EXEL,...) from a
public folder and drops them in a pre-defined share.
What I wan't to do is use the public folders of our Exchange-server as a
sort of portal to our NAS-server. The users that know how to use Outlook only
have to drop documents in the correct public-folder. The tool I'm looking for
than extracts at a given time the doc and "moves" it to a pre-defined share
on our NAS-server.
Things would be even better when the original document in the public-folder
was replaced by a link to the document now on the NAS.
In this way our users work in the environment that they
know;outlook/exchange and the public-store stays very small!
