Have 1 exec that refuses to use our outlook and wants all his company email
forwarded to his aol email. What is the best way to forward this? Outlook
rules don't seem to work correclty all the time. Running on a 2003 exchange
server.

http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF015.html may help. However, he won't
be able to use anything other than his inbox, if he doesn't use OWA/Outlook.
