I have to run ForestPrep (AFAIK) from my Windows 2003 server in the
domain where my schema master resides (which is a Windows 2000 Server
SP3 machine). When it does ForestPrep is it changing the entire Active
Directory or just the objects dealing with Exchange 2000? I ask
because I have heard stories where the AD was upgraded to 2003 and all
the Windows 98 SE clients died (they couldn't log into the domain).
All the clients had the ADS Client on them. Can anyone comment on
this, please? Thank you.
