After what I thought was a successful SP2 install, I found out only one node
is showing the new advanced mobile services features under Properties such as:

Enable user initiated synchronization
Enable up-to-date notifications via SMTP and Text Messaging
Enable notifications to user specified SMTP addresses
Enable Direct Push over HTTP(s)
Device Security button
Enable Outlook Mobile Access
Enable unsupported devices

The other node is only showing the old options of

Enable user initiated synchronization
Enable up-to-date notifications
Enable notifications to user specified SMTP addresses
Enable Outlook Mobile Access
Enable unsupported devices

If I initiate a failover, all PocketPCs that synchronize must be reset, all
synchronizations unchecked, then rechecked before ActiveSync will work again.
Did my SP2 install only go in halfway?

Did you install SP2 on both nodes?

Yes, here is what I did:

Installed SP2 on passive node2
Moved Active node1 to now SP2 passive node2
Installed SP2 on now passive node1
Right clicked the server name in cluster admin and chose to upgrade the server
