Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 clients |

I have an individual that works at my place of employment who has Office 2003 and she has multiple mailboxes on her workstation besides her own. She has besides her 5 other mailboxes. She basically has god like rights on everything she would need to view, modify or delete somehting one of the other mailboxes which all launch in the same mapi session.
She is constantly having problems with deleting mail from one of the other mailboxes. The deleted mail shows up in her deleted items folder and not theirs. I have tried everything I can think of and a few things I couldn't. Did I mention she is the Exec Asst so there is a lot of pressure to get this fixed a.s.a.p. No time to properly research.
What to do next?
