I have exchange 5.5 on one domain and Exchange 2003 on another. I need to
migrate mailboxes and public folders from the 5.5 domain to the 2003 domain.
User accounts already exist on the 2003 domain and users are currently
authenticating with the 5.5 domain to check mail.

How can i migrate between domains and create a new association between
mailboxes ans existing 2003 users.

I think your best approach is:
1. Migrate user accounts with ADMT using SIDHistory, if you haven't done
that yet
2. Create a trust between both domains, so that users can continue using
resources from the old domain
3. Migrate mailboxes with Migration Wizard.

However, I do not want to migrate user accounts, as users already have user
accounts on the 2003 domain.

The issue is how do you associate migrated mailboxes with existing user
accounts on the 2003 domain.

Any help would be much appreciated.
