need help with cleaning up email addresses

somehow, probably a rougue recipient policy, I have literally hundreds of
email addresses for each public folder. I would like to clean them up, but
the usualy method of clicking on it and deleting the address allows you to
pick one at a time, no multi select. So I guess it has to be scripted.
Any idea how to do this? I probably need a little vb6 app that will pull
each public folder, then populate its email addy's in a multiselect box or
list of some type.
any one have any idea on how I do that?

That would work. Check out the proxyAddresses attribute as thats where this
is all stored.
