I have one user where no matter what he can't recieve an e-mail. The
sender gets an undeliverable message. I have deleted the user in AD.
Added him and that didn't work. I just removed his mailbox and added
that. He can log-in. What is weird is that when I go into System
Manager in Exchange 2003 he doesn't have a mailbox. No matter how many
times I try to create one it won't happen only for this user.

Please post the exact NDR users receive when they sent an email to
that mailbox.

You wont see the mailbox in ESM until the user opens it or it receives
a message.

I logged in as the person and it now works. Also there were permission
errors with the mailbox so I sent a message to the user and the
permissions were fixed.
