Hi,
We use to host our email. MX record was pointing to our server now we donot
have a statice IP so we had our web hosting company to catchall email for my
domain and we are going to pull email from them. After that (its been now a
week) we are getting email from any body but some company we can not. I check
there server and try to do nslookup to my mail.mydomain.com and it points to
right IP but still they can not send out email to us. the error message I am
getting:

The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent
to .....
#5.1.1 smtp;550 5.1.1 unknown user

need help.
Only common thing I found is my domain and my client domain hostsed by same
web hosting company.

Thanks

I'm confused. Are you having problems *sending* mail to this domain or
*receiving* mail from their server?

What's your actual e-mail domain name? And what's in your recipient policy
as the default domain?

Note - a dynamic IP doesn't mean you can't host your own mail. See
www.dyndns.org. I don't recommend POP connectors.
