OWA Issue |
|
|
I have an exchange 2003 server, and I have one user who after logging in to
OWA and clicks new message, he is asked to log in again. After they log in
again, he is able to send mail without any issues. I have copied his user,
and was able to send mail via OWA without having to log in again. Any Ideas
as to why this user is being asked to log in again?

Hi Nolan,
- Please add the url used to acces OWA in the trusted sites under internet
options from the Tools menu in the Internet Explorer.
- You can also varify "Log on locally" and "Access this computer from the
network" rights for that user on the OWA server.
- From the ESM (Exchnge System Manager), you can also compare the
permissions on the mailbox between a working account and this account.
