Hi guys and gals

Has anyone else experienced this problem in Outlook...

I have a laptop with is running W2K pro on a W2K domain. Our mail
servers are running Exchange 2000. I can see 99% of my emails from my
laptop, but one or two mails which have been sent recently I cannot
see. At first I thought there was a problem with my mailbox and I
hadn't received them, but when a colleague opened my Inbox from his
laptop he can see the emails. The emails are HTML, but I can other
HTMLs just fine.

Any ideas???

Check for view filters in your Outlook profile.
Also make sure you've patched Outlook/Office to the latest patch level on
your laptop - Office Update is accessible via
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com - it's a link.
Also note that you will have a much better Outlook experience if you can
upgrade to OL2003 - especially on laptops, but for everyone, really.
