Hi (again),

I know I am asking probably very basic questions, but coming from Exchange
5.5, I am having a bit of difficulty grasping AD *and* Exchagne 2003 at the
same time...sigh...

When I installed exchange on a member server, it installed a virtual SMTP
connector for any address withtin the "@<domain>.local". I have multiple
valid .COM domains, and I want this exchange server to handle them all. I
already have MX records set up, since this server will eventually just
replace an existing public IP defined server.

Do I need to install a seperate SMTP connector for each domain I wish to
handle, or do I change the existing Virtual SMTP connector? Help, please!

Jerry

Nope. One connector will do.
You want to create a recipient policy and put in those domains. Designate
the Exchange org as authoritative and that's about it.

wow - that works GREAT!
just adding a new address automatically does it, and even adds the addy to
all the existing users if I want as well..
much nicer than 5.5!
