If you have multiple storage groups then you don't have Standard
Edition and thus don't have a 16GB limit.
In Standard you only get one SG. That SG can contain a single mailbox
store and a single public store. Each of those stores can be 16GB.
Each of those 16GB stores are made up from the sum of the private and
public STM and EDB files.
Only in Enterprise can you have multiple SGs, each of which may
contain multiple stores, none of which are limited to 16GB in size. |
