A client of ours is using an Exchange server . When he reveives mails from
our domain the mail headers are shown in the body of the message.

When it concearns a plain text mail, the mail is shown under there. When it
is an HTML mail, the text is pure HTML code and CSS.

Does anyone already had the same problem? Or does anyone know what the
problem might be?

There must be somewhere something/somebody who inserts a CRLF in the header.
Thats the reason. Check which third party tools you or your client is using.
