Currently have it in WinNT 4.0, running in a workgroup, so will it run in
Windows 3000 Server, setup as belonging to a workgroup ?

You don't have Exchange 5.5 running in a workgroup, it must run in an |
NT4 or AD domain.
Exchange 5.5 will not run on top of Windows Server 2003 but may run on
Windows 2000 Server or NT4 server in an NT4, Windows 2000 AD or
Windows 2003 AD domains) |

Its difficult to predict at this point. What I heard is that they will
support it until Windows 2999 and then change it for the 3000 Version
