I have E2K3 and AD 2000. I would like to populate our user's profiles with
their personal information, home phone, address, etc, etc...
I do not want all users to view this information, only HR, but if you look
up a user in the GAL and click "Properties", all information is displayed.
Is there a way I can restrict this information?

You'll probably have to tinker with permissions to be able to achieve that.
Might I suggest however that you use a test machine for testing this...or
better still, invest in some some software to be used by HR only.
