Mixed results to be had. Obviously more complexity, but it does allow you
to get away with less hardware and possibly less administrivia. I'm not a
big fan of it, and it does have it's issues to contend with. For example,
you need to deal with the clients, the folders, etc.
My preference has been to use the newer tools in Exchange 2003 SP1 or just
to use a different migration method period.
